Good news for App lovers, India second largest messaging service, Hike has come up with more interesting and exciting feature. Hike has double its user base from 35 million to 70 million people. Kavin Bharti Mittal the founder & chief executive officer (CEO) announced the launch of a new facility that is – Hike Direct.
It is big news for people who love chatting, and now one can easily chat without internet with this new feature. This feature allows chatting with one another within a radius of 100 meter. Sharing files without internet and data charges using a technology called Wifi – direct. The image on the right hand side will let the users know the steps as to how this feature will function.
With plans of a possible fund raise for expansion in the next six months, this Softbank and Tiger Global Investee Company plans to make some part of their stickers offering payable. The company will be launching commerce on their platform with coupons within the next six months, CEO said at the launch. Messaging, he said, will always be free!
